To make subscribers work, create a Tally/MailerLite/ConvertKit/Beehiiv/Mailchimp/Formspree form and replace PASTE_SUBSCRIBER_FORM_ENDPOINT_HERE in subscribe.html.

Set the form redirect to https://upkeepalerts.com/subscriber-thank-you.html.
